High School Instruction for All Students: Inclusive Education

In this article, Jessica Hockett (2014) identifies five strategies to begin differentiating instruction in the high school classroom.  These strategies include:

1.  Experiment with Various Groupings

2.  Tweak an Existing Task or Question

3.  Pre-Assess or Find Out What Students Already Know

4.  Check if They're Getting It

5.  Build on a Familiar Strategy
